Vincit EduPath

Your data, plainly

How Vincit EduPath handles your personal data — written to be read, and aligned with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

In plain words
  • We collect what you type into our forms — nothing more.
  • We use it to counsel you on your MBBS options.
  • We sell nothing to anyone.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@vincitedupath.com.

1. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or booking we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, and (optionally) email, city, NEET rank/category and programme interest — plus basic analytics such as page views and source/UTM.

2. Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, provide counselling, and improve our guidance. We do not sell your data. We use it only for the purpose for which you shared it.

4. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems — database row-level security, with service-role access restricted to authorised staff.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights under the DPDP Act

As a data principal under the DPDP Act, 2023 ↗, you have the following rights. To exercise any of them, email info@vincitedupath.com.

  • Withdraw consent

    DPDP Act s. 6

You may withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it. Email us and we stop processing your data.

  • Access a summary

    DPDP Act s. 11

You may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we are processing it.

  • Correct & erase

    DPDP Act s. 12

You may have your data corrected, completed, updated, or erased.

  • Grievance redressal

    DPDP Act s. 13

You may raise a grievance about how your data is handled and have it addressed.

  • Nominate

    DPDP Act s. 14

You may nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

7. The law we follow

Our processing is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ↗ (Act 22 of 2023), which sets consent as the basis for processing digital personal data. The supporting DPDP Rules, 2025 ↗ were notified in final form on 14 November 2025, with a phased compliance window now underway; we are aligning our practices over that period.

8. Contact & grievances

To exercise a right, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, write to us at info@vincitedupath.com. That published address is our grievance route.
