2. Paid services (if and when offered)
We do not currently collect payments through this website. Should paid services be introduced, the applicable refund terms — eligibility, window and process — will be stated clearly at the point of purchase and added here.
3. Third-party fees
University tuition, application, visa and government fees are paid to and governed by those third parties; their own refund rules apply. We never guarantee admission or a seat (see our disclaimer).
4. The consumer-protection framework
Any future paid service offered online would be governed by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 ↗, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including their duties on grievance redressal.
